How To Refer A Federal Appeal To Us

Submitting a case for review is simple and easy.
To submit a case for review follow these instructions:


1. You do not need to call us to start the review process. Simply send us an email to TheFederalAppealsFirm@gmail.com, and we will review your client’s case promptly, usually within 48 hours.


2. Attach a copy of the following documents to the email:

(a) the ALJ decision;
(b) the Appeals Counsel denial of review;
(c) a copy of any brief you filed with Appeals Council.


3. If you did not file a brief with Appeals Council, and you are aware of possible legal grounds for appeal, please briefly explain those grounds in the email. If you are not sure about the grounds for appeal, you can still send us the case for review.


4. You do not need to submit anything else. If we need to review additional evidence, or need the contents of the ERE file, we will notify you.


Once we are done reviewing the case, we will contact you to let you know if we will accept the case, and what the next steps will be.
