How To Refer A Federal Appeal To Us

Submitting a case for review is simple and easy.To submit a case for review follow these instructions:

  1. You do not need to call us to start the review process. Simply send us an email to
    , and we will review your client’s case promptly, usually within 3-4 days.
  2. Attach a copy of the following documents to the email:
    (a) the ALJ decision;
    (b) the Appeals Counsel denial of review;
    (c) a copy of any brief you filed with Appeals Council.
  3. You do not need to submit anything else. If we need to review additional evidence, or need the contents of the ERE file, we will notify you.

Once we are done reviewing the case, we will contact you to let you know if we will accept the case, and what the next steps will be.

To Refer Cases For AC Review And Briefing:

Simply email us the ALJ decision. If we need any other information or evidence we will let you know.
Please put “AC REVIEW”, in all caps, as part of the subject heading.
