Remote · Performance-Based · High-Volume Federal Practice

We are a high-volume federal appellate practice focused exclusively on Social Security disability appeals in U.S. District Courts nationwide.

We are seeking independent appellate brief counsel to join our remote platform on a performance-based compensation model.

This opportunity is designed for attorneys who:

  • Prefer autonomy over office structure
  • Are comfortable with performance-based income
  • Value high-level legal writing
  • Want consistent case flow without client management
  • Are entrepreneurial or operate independently
This is not a salaried position. It is a commission-based independent contractor role structured to align performance, quality, and income.

POSSIBLE EARNINGS RANGE

Attorneys who maintain a full caseload may achieve annual earnings of $125,000 to $150,000 or more, depending on volume and efficiency. Commission-based per successful brief — no salary, no draw.

Compensation Structure

We do not provide insurance, benefits, or salary guarantees. Contractors maintain full control over their work hours and location.

Qualification

  • Strong legal writing ability (writing sample required)
  • Ability to independently analyze administrative records
  • Comfort working remotely and autonomously
  • Active bar license in good standing

Prior Social Security or federal appellate experience is helpful but not required for strong writers.
