BRYAN KONOSKI, ESQ.

Bryan Konoski has handled hundreds of social security disability cases at the administrative and federal levels of appeal.

Before focusing his practice in disability litigation, and throughout his 22 years of practice, Bryan Konoski has amassed more than 60 State and Federal Jury trials and has had a high profile litigation practice in the New York/Tri-State area.  He has been touted as a “celebrity attorney” and regularly handles high profile cases, appears in the news media, and also appeared as an expert legal commentator on Television news programs, including:  Court TV, In Session, Nancy Grace, Fox News, Geraldo at Large, general News coverage on Channels 1, 2, 4, 7, 9 and 11, as well as the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, New York Post, Daily News, and Newsday.  He has also been recognized in celebrity gossip columns such as TMZ, RadarOnline, Perez Hilton, X17 Online, OK! Magazine, E! Online, People, and much more!

Mr. Konoski received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from SUNY Stony Brook.  He graduated cum laude (honors), was a member of numerous honor societies, and received various academic awards.

At Brooklyn Law School he was a dean’s merit scholar and a member of the Moot Court Honor Society.  Upon graduation he was awarded a highly prestigious award for his success in trial advocacy.  Additionally, Mr. Konoski was a trial advocacy instructor for an elite trial competition program at the school.  While he was coaching the trial team, Brooklyn Law School became noted as the number one school for trial advocacy in New York State.   This training permitted Bryan Konoski to mold himself into a well known and respected attorney.  His background in quality representation and tough, effective advocacy began back in law school and he prides himself on all of his accomplishments since then.

After graduating Law School, Mr. Konoski scored a 149 out of a possible 150 (99th Percentile Nationally) on the Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam (MPRE), which is a test administered as a part of the Bar Exam.

Throughout the years, Bryan Konoski has been named to “Super Lawyers, Rising Stars”, “Super Lawyers”, and the “Top 100 Trial Lawyers” list of the National Trial Lawyers Association for excellence in the legal profession.

Today, Bryan Konoski uses his trial and litigation experience to help clients who desperately need his assistance; people who are disabled and cannot work because of serious and debilitating medical conditions.

Kira Treyvus takes a caring and “hands on” approach to her client’s cases and tries to truly understand her client’s situation.  However, her caring touch is certainly no sign of weakness – when necessary, she has demonstrated, time and time again, that she will aggressively defend against unscrupulous opposing parties.

Ms. Treyvus is committed to develop a winning game plan to win her client’s Social Security Disability cases.  Ms. Treyvus tells us that

Ms. Treyvus demonstrated her courtroom prowess early in her career while she was attending Brooklyn Law School.  While at Brooklyn Law, she was one of only eight students selected to participate as a member of the Moot Court Honor Society’s elite trial program.  As a member of the Moot Court trial program, she competed against the best trial teams in the state.  As a result of Ms. Treyvus’ dedication, detailed case preparation and leadership, the Brooklyn Law School trial team was ranked number 1 in New York State and in the top 2 1/2% of the nation.

Throughout Ms. Treyvus’ 22 years of practice, she has logged thousands of hours of trial preparation time, and thousands of hours of time in a courtroom, on trial, or in hearings.  Before focusing her practice in disability law, she has completed approximately 50 trials to verdict vigorously defending the interests of her clients. She has handled hundreds of social security disability cases at the administrative and federal levels.
