The Attorney’s fee is an up-front flat fee payment in the amount
of ten-percent (10%) of all unpaid back benefits.
The client shall also be responsible for Court costs; however, in some cases, a fee waiver for some or all costs may be obtained.
The entire fee structure, and terms and conditions of representation, will be set forth in a contract for representation. Payment must be made by personal check, bank-certified check, or money order; the law firm does not accept credit cards or any type of financing. All fees and Court costs must be paid in advance before services begin.
