Jurisdictions Where We Practice:
Everywhere.

Jurisdictions Without the Need for Local Counsel

Locations where we do not need local counsel or a sponsor (in these districts we are either fully admitted, can get fully admitted, or we can get pro hac vice admission without the need for local counsel):

NY, NJ, NC, AL (Southern and Middle District), AZ, CA*, CO, GA, MO, TN, KY, AR, CO, IL, MN, ND, NE, NM, MI, OH (Northern District), OK (Northern and Western Districts), TX, UT, WI, FL**. If the state is listed here, unless specified otherwise, we can practice in all districts within that state.

* Local counsel is required, but we have dedicated local counsel in this jurisdiction. Nonetheless, we typically ask referring counsel to act as local counsel if the referring attorney is admitted in the jurisdiction.

* No local counsel is required in NDFL. Local counsel is sometimes required in MDFL. SDFL requires local counsel, but we have dedicated local counsel in that jurisdiction. Nonetheless, we typically ask referring counsel to act as local counsel if the referring attorney is admitted in the jurisdiction. Moreover, one of our of-counsel attorneys is fully admitted in Florida.

Other Jurisdictions
(With Local Counsel):

We handle cases in all other Districts across the nation as well. However, if the District Court is not listed above, typically we ask the referring attorney to act as local counsel.

**We believe the information above is accurate. However, there are nuances in each jurisdiction, even between districts. At the time of a case referral, it will be necessary to confirm requirements of the district in which the claim will be filed.
